SHIPPING AND PRODUCTION
Worldwide shipping is included in the price of your order.We currently use Fedex, DHL, and USPS to ship your products. Due to our order processing schedule and in able to get your order out to you quickly, we cannot offer shipping choices.
Our shipping schedule:
All orders placed for USA customers ship out within one week of ordering, based on inventory availability orders are either shipped from Morocco via Fedex or DHL or from the US via USPS.
All orders placed in all other countries other that USA are shipped from Morocco via Fedex or DHL within one week of ordering.
Customs Import tax Tariffs
Customers are responsible for paying any customs import taxes that may be due based on the country that they live in. Most USA orders will be shipped to you from our USA distributorship where customs import taxes will not apply. All other international orders are shipped from Morocco. We are required to create a commercial invoice for customs regulations that states an HS code, an approved description, weight, number of pieces and customs taxable value. We use the deductive method to calculate the customs value. It will be lower than the Retail price. We do this as an added convenience for our customers to ensure that you are not overpaying customs import taxes.
Important Update for US customers.
In May of 2026 the Supreme Court ruled that tariffs US customers were being charged for imports as unlawful. If you received our package and then received a bill from Fedex or DHL three weeks later, this is NOT a bill for shipping. We paid the shipping and we paid and export tax to ship it to you. This bill is a tariff bill that you should not have to pay as it was ruled as unlawful. If you paid any of these bills you can contact Fedex to get a refund.
PRICING AND COUPONS
Due to the implementation of Tariffs in August of 2025 and inflation, all expenses have increased globally, therefore we had to raise our prices slightly in order to continue to offer our products.
To help buffer the price increase to our customers, we do offer coupons and discounts for ONLINE ONLY orders. (coupons and discounts do not apply to phone orders). If you are interested in a discount you can get on in the following ways:
-Use a link of one of our affiliates to get to our site
-Use a link or coupon code from one of our emails or advertisements to get to our site
-Look for a promotion that we may be running, which will be listed on the homepage.
MISSING ITEMS OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If for any reason your order arrives to you damaged or missing items please contact us immediately and we will send out a replacement and a free gift to you right away.
