At Fix the World Morocco, we get requests all the time for different kinds of custom orders. This article explains exactly what we can and cannot do, so you know what to expect before placing your order.

What Kinds of Custom Orders Do Customers Ask For?

We get requests all the time for different kinds of custom orders. These fall into two main categories:

• Alterations to actual pieces — for example, people want us to change the design, make it a different color, drill holes into it, or things like that.

• Splitting up sets and packs — people ask us to split up our sets and our packs and sell one thing with another thing instead of the way it is listed on the website.

Can You Change the Design, Color, or Shape of an Item?
No. All items are made as described on our website.

Each item has its own production line, specific to its shape, color, and ingredients. We cannot alternate the way the item is made.
This means we cannot:
• Change the colors
• Change the shapes
• Drill extra holes
• Use different ingredients

Can You Split Up a Set or Pack?
All items are sold in the quantity and sets as are described on our website.

If you wish to customize the sets in any way — change what items are sold together, or just order just one of something instead of two, for example, like in the set — there is a minimum order requirement.

What Is the Minimum Order Size for Quantity Customization?
The minimum order size for this type of quantity customization has to be $500 or more.

This applies any time you want to change what items are sold together or order a different quantity than what is listed on our website.

Can I order just a single product?

You can order the following products in a single quantity of ONE. You can find this on each of the category pages of our products: 
sleeping pods
pyramids
sample tiles
charge plates

You cannot order the following products in a single product. The lowest we have available is in sets of two. The reason for this is due to the shipping and packaging costs, which is included in the price of your order. Please find these products in sets of two on the CATEGORY PAGES of our website:  
pendants
phone shields
garden pucks
pet pendants
headset protectors

Click on the shop. click on the category to the right. Search for the items you wish to order single amounts in. Sort from lowest to highest.
